half-orc reagent, not general.
Lander is probably the worth of the three choices. His impact on kingdom management late game is masive.
He will vitrually invalidate two of your advisors later on when he turns on you. His kingdom debuff is 'Regent and Grand Diplomat have to roll twice for everything they do, and take the lower number'. When events start getting DCs in the 30s and 40, this means you need to rolls over 14 to succeed at most things.
Old lady: Lawful neutral
Orc: Lawful good.
In retrospect, I reckon the best way to pick is to go on good/neutral/evil as opposed to lawful/neutral/chaotic, meaning Lander might be a good option if your character is evil. However, there's no way of knowing this when you actually pick and I'm guessing lots of people go for Lander as he seems "neutral" and thus less likely to cause animosity from one of the two parties at the ceremony.
Idk about Yaethal as an advisor, but I never had a problem with Regongar making dodgy suggestions on account of being classed as evil, at least not that I recall.
