They should pull the Emerald and Emerald Necklace off of the "Offer" sell list. Luckily disciplined about always selling to 1-2 merchants so that I can rebuy.

I found one in the barbarian camp in the grasslands only available after you free amiri from near armag's tent at the end of flintlock grasslands

when your city levels up, you find a few in the houses.

When browsing threw the vendors it can be found under Accessories tab it costs 1000 gold coins the first one can be found in the FLINTROCK GRASSLAND i am not sure if it can be found anywhere else and it is an item that will be sold automatically with the offer option and nothing special looking about it to set it apart from other rubbish necklaces for me i found it at the shop at Elk temple because i went there straight for the other quest and if you choose to restore the area one of the NPCs there is also a merchant but otherwise if you completed flintrock grassland and dont have the necklace you either did not loot it or sold it on your way to the capital or at the capital so that is the places you should search.

When your town turns into a city you can buy it from one of the two city vendors. You will find it under accessories.

Took me a long time to find one. I’m assuming it is a random loot or something.

There wasn’t one in my city houses, nor did I find one at the barbarian camp. I finally got one after threatening the kobold with my throne.

after you get to barbarian camp and talk with barbarian near nilak. there is 2chest and a bag. in that bag there is emerald neclace

Don't bother with the emerald necklace. I delivered it, but after waiting for developments his hearts desire who turned out to be a dryad did not even trigger a conversation when I went to talk to her on Kimo`s behalf later. Bugged from here to high heavvens :(

Hello, If you missed the necklace at the flintlock grasslands, just wait until the war with pitax. the necklace can be found in a chest in the palace, room southeast of the room where you fight the gnomes and the golens.

To me, the necklace never appeared in hassuf inventory.
