Bokken still at Oleg's Traiding Post

So, I have built Bokken Shop and there was a notice that finally he can serve me as a state alchemist, but he still stand at Oleg's Traiding post with only three options of dialog like

- about those tasksk of yours
- show me wares
- I should go

When it did it go wrong?

I've report it's as a bug, but maybe someone here can point me out.
Am I missing something?

Oleg's post is in the Outskirts region and you build his shop in that region, so its kind of reasonable that you can visit him at Oleg's. (Would be better if you could visit the settlement you build but maybe that will be an option in a future version)

I'm sure I had an event where Bokken visited the capital and delivered some goods after I built shop, so keep an eye out for that. My kingdom didn't survive the waves of trolls while my general was perpetually tied up on the same events, and I haven't had time to get back to that stage again, so I can't confirm whether or not it's more than a one-off event.

You can visit your settlments. The one where you build Bokken's alchemist shop is useless, but you should really pay a visit to your other settlments.

About Bokken, he's indeed in Oleg's Trading Post, but according to the dialog you had with him, the one who lead you to build is Alchemist shop, will make Bokken pay you a visit in your Throne Room (not card-event tho) from time to time and offer you a potion/scroll or even ring. By default he will give you a random item that he can craft, but you can ask him something specific.
(On my previous game, at some point I could find Bokken at Oleg's Post but in my Throne room aswel).
