Are there any magic daggers?
Seriously wtf? How are there no Dagger +1 or better in this game? I made a Knife Master with dagger focus and Two Weapon Fighting deliberately because I expected this game to have daggers as the most common rogue weapon but there's absolutely zero!

Kukris, Picks, Duel Swords...who the ♥♥♥♥ uses a Glaive or Small Picks? My party is equipped with +1, +2 and even a +3 weapons and my main character uses scrappy Masterwork Daggers.

This ♥♥♥♥ing sucks.

I never found a +1 dagger but I did find +1 punching daggers which benefit from weapon focus and similar effects for daggers.

I have a knife master with daggers, too. You will find good daggers eventually. One is on Candlemere Island (bring Resist Energy spells).

I've found enchanted daggers in both my playthroughs. I'm in the Troll Chapter in my current one and have Lightning Duelist.

There's a +1 cold iron dagger in the first chapter. Found a few +1 punching daggers as well.

Good daggers are very late in the game. Nok Nok is a knifemaster too. Specialised in Kukris and he gets 3 good kukris almost instantly.

Nazrielle can craft a dagger for you which is probably chapter 3

I've read (albeit silly) reviews about people comparing this game with BGII. Well then it has to compete in that regard as well. And naturally it falls short. I mean the merchant in your capital sells +1 weapons and even a Flaming Bastard Sword an such. Why not have him at least sell a +1 weapon of every kind.

You're a baron(ess). You shouldn't have to crawl through dungeons to get good gear.

I really like the idea of having a goblin companion but so far I haven't met him. I really dislike late(ish) game follower additions. I usually run with my core team from the start.

Thanks for your answers guys.

Ehm, depending on your choices there are plenty of magical daggers. But sounds like you've somehow missed them all :/ I found several magical daggers quite early, for example Shock Dagger +1 with 1d6 extra electric.

Also atm, the by far strongest weapon I've found has been a dagger. Wont spoil the stats but you should find it in due time if you just search all dungeons carefully.

This is something I dislike in games when it happens. +x weapons should be available to characters through merchants even if they cost a lot. Is this not the case here?
Going through a campaign, not being able to find to find proper equipment sucks. Not sure if in PnP Pathfinder magical weapons are supposed to be extremely rare, but our DM on a D&D campaign I played long ago was offering a decent number of options.

but in this game they are very common it seems, at least +1 and +2 i've found already shortly after establishing the barony...

Was this in a particular chapter ?

My current character has been wielding a +2 dagger named Chaos Shard (causes confusion on hit) since the first chapter.

Not sure where I picked it up, though.
