Golden Toad?

So I've picked up the amulet, but gotta admit that I'm a tad leery of putting it on; don't want to end up copping being turned into a permanent amphibian from some kind of curse!

Has anyone got some insight into it? Given where it's found, I'm assuming that it's not just some kind of saleables and has significane for a quest further down the track.

ive been wearing it since I found it...think its just a red herring, doesnt seem to do anything.

I'm having visions of those old Baldurs Gate items that, if you collect them over all the many Expansions and Sequels, will combine to form something amazing at the very end. Like, say the Crom Faeyr, or something.

Yeah that's why I was thinking "Why don't I hold onto this one, just in case?" It just seems like a *collectible* like the pantaloons of yore, so yep - will keep them around and see if there's anything else like it that drops :)

makes...super insane golden amrour you wear that is sort of a golem ;)

If you keep on importing your character through Pathfinder 2 and 3 something good might happen. There is an obvious reason the toad is golden and is gotten this early into the game.
