1. I have finesse training(dagger) learnt from rogue, which should apply DEX instead of STR on damage roll
2. I learnt Double Slice which provide full Damage bonus from STR on offhand damage roll
I tested after today's hotfix, and here is the results:
1. when I use only one dagger on main hand and empty offhand, the DEX damage bonus works correctly
2. when I do dual-weilding dagger on both hand, the damage bonus are all from STR instead of DEX, no matter it's mainhand dagger or offhand dagger
I guess it's a bug after today's hotfix, because I clearly remember it works correctly one day ago.
This bug cause man rogue main character lose half DPS....
Tried it on custom rogue merc by getting lvl 3 with "two weapon fighting", "weapon focus (dagger)" and "finesse training (dagger)" - not working, bonus is reverted back to STR on dual wield.
not acceptable this amount of bugs
Unchained Rogue Finesse Training: When I'm replacing Strength for Dexterity, what happens with a one-handed weapon? What about an off-hand weapon?
With a two-handed weapon, you add 1-1/2 times your Dexterity bonus on damage rolls, and with an off-hand weapon, you add half your Dexterity bonus on damage rolls. As per the ability's text, if an effect would prevent you from adding your Strength modifier on damage rolls, you don't add your Dexterity modifier. However, any other effects that would increase the multiplier to your Strength bonus on damage rolls (such as the two-handed fighter archetype's overhand chop) do not affect your Dexterity bonus on damage rolls.
My halfling kukri dual-wielding character now does 1d3-1 instead of 1d3+7 ... thats a big difference. Now I must rely on sneak damage or drop one weapon until it gets patched.
