Armag's Tomb locked Doors
Went through the whole dungeon killed the "owner" but I have not found any keys or switches that would open the pair of locked doors on the 1st level. Can you even open these?

you need to finish book episode with athletick 35 chek or else it wont open. Maybe another bug.

I've did tho... I did succeed at all of the checks. only thing I didn't do is stand on the switch, cause it said it was dangerous.

I also had a problem with the doors remaining locked however I was able to find an angle that lit the other side of the door after finishing the rest of the dungeon and dimension door to the other side.

SOLUTION: When you perform the test of strength, you must brute force your way though with the Athletics 35 check. Even if you fail the checks, the doors will open.

If I did it any other way, even succeeding in all checks, the doors remained closed. Stupid bug.

Alternatively, if it's too late and you have no saves, you can get by with a teleportation/dimension-door spell. Just move around close to the doors and walls and you'll get a sliver of light through and be able to see the other side. Teleport to where you can see the floor and you're in.

Best tip ever. Never would I have figured out myself to teleport through the door that way. If you dont go behind the doors you will miss at least two pieces of different artifacts.

Sadly, after years, this bug has never been addressed. Confirmed on multiple runs that besting the test of strength with 35 Athletics DOES NOT open these doors. And yes, that destroys multiple set items most will never know why they failed...

Odd. The first time I went through Armag's Tomb, I did it the "wrong" way and got locked out. Just two days ago I ran it again, did it the "right" way (cleared the DC 35 Athletics check without choosing any other options) and the doors were open.

I'm not 100% sure but if you pick ANY other option except for the DC 35 Athletics option, the doors lock.

I just squeezed through! If you bump the edges of the northern door, eventually your companions just squeeze to the other side...

Hella late to the discussion, but I was looking this up myself lol. I passed the Trickery and Intelligence checks first and then passed the Athletics 35 check and the doors opened correctly. Even passing only the Athletics 35 checks will open the doors. Just confirmed this in my game a few moments ago.

I walked up to the door back and forth until I could see inside then I used Dimension Door (Mass) to teleport everyone inside

Personally I think they put that unpickable lock that requires a DC 35 Athletics check in there to "encourage" people to bring Amiri on that map, since she's Numerian, has high Athletics, assuming you build her as a Barbarian, and wears "no armor check penalty" armor, for the most part. They flat-out BEG you to take Tristian to Vordekai's Tomb, and have some rooms in there that are only there for you to take him into and do scripted text BS with him.

All the times I've done it, I've never been through the doors. So what's there? Anything special?

On PS5 I was able to just run back and forth next to the door. One of my party clipped through the door. I swapped to them and ran in circles until the rest of the party clipped through.
