Sorcerer Vs Magus Vs Eldritch Knight For Dex Help

As a Musetouched Aasimir for +2 Dex and +2 Cha

Starting Stats

First Level
Scaled Fist with feats Weapon Finesse and Crane Style

I can take Fencing Grace or Slashing Grace at level three if I splash Fighter.

If I splash Fighter and go straight Sorcerer, I end up with one level 9 spell.

If I take the Martial Feat (changed from PnP to grant all), and go Eldritch knight without Fighter, then I can choose two level 9 spells at level 20, if I take the Arcane Bloodline.

If I go Magus, then I'm not sure whether or not I should splash Fighter to get the bonus feat, so that I can actually do damage before Level 5. The bonus spell choices from the Arcane bloodline do work with Magus.

Looking for advice; feel free to call me an idiot.

The point of the build, is that I want high AC, Dex Melee, and Spell Casting. Preferably Level 9 casting, but I'll settle for 6 with Magus.

Ek can be substitued to fighter for feats.

EK gains both fighter bab (+1/lvl) and spell progression same as your arcane caster every level. From. Lvl 2 (so a lvl 10EK only lose 1 lvl of spell caster) while gaining +9bab

However you don't get anything else than the caster level from. Your class and you get much less combat feat than an actual warrior (+4 total in Addition to The normal ones every few lvl)
