Where is Advanced Weapon Training?

fighter says at 9th level they are open to alternatively select advanced weapon training. Where is this option? I have been looking online for quite some time, as well as trying to figure out if I'm missing something in my game.

I see that Armor Training does have a mention of advanced armor training, but Owlcat games mentioned before that it exists. What happened with that?
