Greater Fortitude.
You could also get point blank and precise shot (a ray wizard would certainly benefit) but a sorc is not really best used for damage but rather controlling the field, and perhaps some buffs/debuffs.
Now D&D crpgs are another story. Necromancy wouldn't be my focus either.
Not sure how much stuff in this game has spell resistance but the Spell Penetration line.
Meta Magic feats like Empower (if it has a set amount of damage this makes it do 1.5 dmg),
Maximise (if you roll the damage this makes it do maximum possible dmg),
Extend (makes the spell last twice as long).
It's a shame they don't have the Pale Master prestige class. :)
If you want to use them, I recommend reach metamagic (there is also a rod with Oleb for 3k that works on spells levele1 to 3, 3 times a day)
It change the spells to range touch attack but spell is one level higher (except with the rod)
Then you can take precise shot/point blank shot if you want though after a few levels and with a good Dex you'll be hitting quite well anyway
If you want to summon stuff, one of the better options is to get spell focus(conjuration)->augment summoning->superior summoning. I don't think that improves the skeleton champions you summon with animate dead, but it kind of should.
Other than that, the earlier suggestions are quite valid.
