Anyway to simply do a [spoiler tag cause I'm dying to know.
And that character is the ultimate main antagonist of the entire Kingmaker Adventure Path. She's working towards a cure for a powerful curse placed upon her by the Eldest, the oldest and most powerful of the fey ruling the First World.
It's not the ultimate main antagonist of this game though.
Anyway, I never found any use for the charm. That doesn't mean there isn't one though. The last two chapters are a total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and I was lucky just to make it to the end.
It's obvious that she's against you prior to Act 2, and you know she's the cause of most of your problems after Act 3.
What surprises me, is how the game can show her hand on some parts, but then you've other areas that obviously involve her - but everyone is oblivious - and don't even speculate her involvement.
And then there is the part where you can discover her name, yet when facing her later on - you apparently have forgotten it...
Many holes in the main arc.
Well she's the ultimate antagonist of the tabletop version, anything that's in this game after you kill her is brand-new stuff written by Owlcat (though I wouldn't be surprised if some of it was based on some "Continuing the campaign" suggestions at the end of the sixth book.
