Any way to help the Spectre in the Swamp Witches Hut?

So, the spectre is of Wilber Colton, the father of Nyta, who ran off with a Fey instead of marrying Dorsy.

Now, you do get to tell him about the will-o-wisps and the coins for Dorsy. Is there anything else you can do he would respond to? I just get the feeling he is expecting something else.

Well first you have to choose whether to help the ghoul or spectre, second part is preparing lot of protect from electricity and energy resistance spells and check the well for hard encounter. You find something in well that can save one of the two

(btw, get rid of the tree for the letter that gives extra information from the old man for flavor stuff)

Yeah. I've dealt with the tree, helped Old Beldame with the 10 rattle caps, and delivered the letter to her from the Fey. Still think there is more. Perhaps after I finish this bouquet.

Well, it turns out the bouquet cannot be completed due to me only having 2 of the 3 mudleafs needed, and I would rather not resort to editing my save file to complete that quest. Hopefully they'll patch the plants back in and change them so that if you fail, you can try again once you've gained a level, the same way you can retry locks you were unable to pick.

I also have the wedding ring of the couple in the quest. What am I suppose to use that for?

I have completed the bouquet and when you give it to the witch she only gives you some xp and gold.

Supposedly the body of Nyta spawns at the bottom left area where u did the skill check to get to according to gamerguide. But it didnt spawn so the wedding ring is useless. Bugalore!

So the quest may be bugged?

Its not reallly a quest. If u put the ring on the corpse you will get exp and thats it.

Oh this was a tough one. I think the default is you damning the zombie and freeing the spectre. Although, I felt the zombie was a bigger victim of his own rage and Colton's cowardly lies. The corpse of Nyta really doesn't have much to do with anything beyond getting some XP by putting a ring back on her finger. There are some plot holes though seeing as how there are spells that raise the dead why wasn't she revived?

If you have the DLC and you send the Kalikke's kids, the Sweet Teeth, on the mission to "weed the Narlmarches" they eventually come back with a bunch of the stuff the witch asked you for, and a story about how they got all of it from "this nice old lady in the Narlmarches who made us tea" or something like that.

What? I didn't really have a problem finding more than I needed. It generally boils down to your perception level. Also Jaethal is very handy as an errand boy in the cloud filled swamps.

Getting the mudcaps requires a successful DC 26 (?) Lore (Nature) check, which is a 50/50 shot or worse; so it does take a little luck.
