Some abilities, (most that affect casting actually), tend to be class specific. I don't know about that one for sure, but it might only work on the Monster tactician Summons.
The ability states, "At 5th level, every time a monster tactician casts a summoning spell, all creatures summoned by the spell are treated as if they knew all of the monster tactician's teamwork feats," so I figured that included all teamwork feats taken during lvl up. I did a Google search and noticed people saying that the teamwork feats were all broken but I had thought owlcat had fixed them all. Have they not?
I'll try summoning only the cleric and then another fight with sorc and see if I notice anything different between the two later tonight.
All I'm seeing is "attack roll 15 (roll 11 +4 modifiers)
Attack bonus+4
Bab 0
Str 3
Size 1.
Edit: I looked on an attack the mob received from me and I saw the "Outflank"as part of my attack bonus which means the summons should have it to. It's not showing though so I guess it's still broken.
Poorly worded description then. The Monster Tactician gets Class specific Summoning spell as abilities, and I'm pretty sure it is just these spells the ability applies to. It's a successive ability that improves as you increase in level, while your corresponding summoning spells do as well, so it's probably assumed that you would infer they were talking about the summoning spells it's tied to.
It's very likely they use a modified base spell specifically for the spell-like ability summons, that's designed to work with this.
If you want to test it, just use your ability summons and see if it's working. If it's not working in either case, then possibly a mod has broken summonthing
Looks like you already tested it. F11 and Report bug if you're not using mods.
