Candlemere Quest: Willas Gunderson?

I went to Candlemere without ever getting the quest from Willas Wunderson. I completed the quest and saved Rimes and killed the Mob that was threatening Candlemere. But when I return to the throne room or the Tavern, willas gunderson isn;t anywhere to be found.

When does Willas Wunderson "appear" so I can talk to him to finish the quest?

From the Walkthrough - The following was supposed to happen. But so far - nothing. Its been only 1 day in game-days that I finished the quest:

Whatever Rismel’s fate, leave the area and return to Tuskdale, where you’ll find Willas Gunderson in the throne room. Talk to him and tell him what you learned about Candlemere Island and he’ll seem more worried about a potential curse than by the… dozens of other things he could be more concerned about. Most responses play out more or less the same way, as far as rewards go: the [Neutral Good], [Neutral] and [Neutral Evil] responses will earn you 2,400 experience and 1,500 GP.

Afaik he is a vistor who comes to your throne room to ask you to pursue people who tricked him. It is an event. Do not know much about him since usually i just tell him that they are dead already, because i clear Candlemere long before that. If you had not seen him yet the chances are - it still early. Just keep playing.

FWIW it took a really long time for him to finally show up in my game, so it'll happen eventually.

I just returned from dealing with Candlemere and found Gunderson hanging out in the tavern, if you don't want to wait for him to make an appearance in the throne room to finish the quest.
