Rotten cave boss
This boss is crazy strong... i get struck by random lighting every second lol

got wiped by him even at level 11 full buffed team

Yikes. ~200-300 damage to the whole party? What is the creature called? I don't remember that one.

Anyway, let us know how to killed it when you do ;)

spam summons and nuke from range with alchemist/ranger/sorc etc...shouldn't reg have enough lightning resistance also with the buffs+ his bloodline?, also jaethal doesn't die so send her in because if she dies it is not permanent. greater invis on any rogues and sneak attackers to push the damage....so kill it before it kills you.

It is the Thundervine. I brought both clerics and Ekun and summoned wave after wave of disposable summoned minions while the Machine gun I mean ranger did his job ever so slowly due to concealment from the rain.

Ah, I guess I just had the right combo to steam roll this guy in my play throughs. Looks like the most dangerous thing is his stat damage on hits, but if you can have a couple heals or restorations ready just in case, it should be fine.

Here's a guy who streamed doing it. Hasted, Raged, Enlarged Amiri wouldn't go amiss either. Anything glass-cannon really.

i did it lol.. kill her... there is another entrance that lead directly to her from crook teeth .
did not know that at first .. that makes alot difference :D lesser chances getting shrike by lighting lol

Remember to get Improved Precise Shot, which ignores anything less than TOTAL COVER for your ranged character. (here is some link for you: https://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/improved-precise-shot-combat/ )

With that alone, it will be enough to down it quickly.
Also, remember to pre-buff with Heroism, Bless, Haste and Aspect of the Falcon.
