New Player question: Half-Elves and Multi-talented racial trait
In-game, in the encyclopedia, under the race "Half-Elf" it shows a racial trait named "multitalented" ... is this just an unimplemented teaser? Or is there a way to obtain this racial trait in this game?

If I'm not mistaken, this trait only means that you have 2 favored classes instead of one for multiclassing purpose. The only bonus you get for leveling your favored class is just one extra hp (in the PnP you get different choices of bonus).

I feel like there is something I am not understanding ...

How does a player specify (choose?) one or more favored classes? My first guess would be that the starting class would be the first favored class - but then how (or, maybe, when?) does one have a chance to choose an additional favored class?

The "multi-talented" description appears to be saying that "two favored classes may be chosen at character level one" - while creating the character? and seems to imply that one could choose to play a non-favored class? But, so far, I have been unable to determine just how to verify whether or not the "multi-talented" racial trait is implemented in this game!

From description the bonus would appear to be either an additional hit-point or skill-point per favored class level. From a strategic viewpoint: the value of additional skill-points in the early game are very hard to evaluate!

Edit:
In this player's highly uneducated on D&D opinion, whether or not something is implemented in a particular game is another way of saying "The Dungeon Master has the final say (in regards to what is allowed in that Master's Dungeon)".

If you mean in this video game, then you don't as it hasn't been implemented.

I think the reason it's mentioned in the Encyclopedia anyway is because it's essentially a direct copy of one of the Pathfinder Wikis they had permission to include text from in the game.
