First off I have to say sorry lol.

I was going to answer this about 20 minutes after you posted and got distracted by another game I was playing at the time. You probably already figured it out by this point. :p

You get Lion's Claw from the Goblin Merchant after Varn gives you the quest to check up on Lostlarn Keep in the main campaign (obviously after Vordekai). After exiting the dungeon you will get a Goblin Merchant special encounter where you can buy some of the DLC loot. Fortunately the Goblin Merchant is the same one from Goblin Village and you can go there to buy the items later.
