DLC Not working?

Bought this game a few days ago and realized now none of the dlc is working. Have the season pass, all dlc is showing up as installed. I verified the installations, have reinstalled, no mods, etc--but despite all that its not allowing me to make a tiefling, kinnetisitc, and the varnhold dlc shows up as not being owned.

To be clear, I've been playing the game for like..5-6 days and just thought today how weird it was none of my mercs could be tieflings/kinnetists so I tried starting a new game and realized I had none of these options. I googled, went through all the steps I could find, ensured the dlcs were downloaded, but nothing seems to work.

Never heard of this happening. Do the free dlc work ? Like the arcane unleashed one ?

Have you double checked on steam under dlc that the boxes are ticked?

Something that I've found works is untick one of the dlc. Verify game files, tick dlc again and launch.

It might be the same person who came to Discord for help, but if not, or either way, here's how we fixed it:

Go to Steam Settings, then Downloads.
Click to delete the Download Cache.
Change download location (in our case we did UK, and not entirely sure this part is needed but is what we did).
Then he reinstalled and the game was working proper again. Might be it's enough to just verify the game files but he reinstalled so that's what I'm writing :D
