Otherwise I mostly agree with your list.

Are there any mods that add repeating crossbows and crossbow and throwing feats? If there are I would say that's another essential mod. There are other weapons that would definitely add QoL. Orc hornbow, whip, net, more racial weapons, more monk weapons, tail attachments, and spiked shields would all be welcome additions.
Nothing as yet adding new weapon to the game. But you can add any item from bag of tricks, or craft items with the craft mod
There should be a warning at the start of the message that mods can corrupt save files or break the game.
Other mods yes. Pictures no.

There's a video there on how to use it. You basically show it where kingmaker is installed and then just drag the mod's Rar file into it.
Most I've used, others just caught my eye.
Respec: You know what it is.
Bag of Tricks: Mostly lots of cheat stuff and some QOL. I used it a lot to bypass common bugs, but it may not be necessary anymore.
Eldright Arcana: This mod adds the Oracle class, new spells, magic-themed feats, character traits, and other fun things from PnP Pathfinder.
Kingdom Resolution: I don’t have it, but lots of people who don’t like Kingdom management use it.
Visual Adjustments: Remove backpacks, change class outfits, etc (removing backpacks will be an option in EE without mods)
Cheat Menu: Similar to Bag of Tricks, allows to change the stat of a quest if it gets bugged. Hopefully no longer needed.
Fast travel: Change the % speed of travel. I make them go a bit faster in Overworld so I’m not sitting there for 5 minutes at a time.
Craft Magic Items: Adds feats from the Tabletop, Scribe Scroll, Brew Potion, Craft Wand, Craft Wondrous Items, Craft Arms and Armor and Forge Ring, allowing crafting of regular and custom magic items of those types. Crafting costs gold (as well as any expensive material components required by the prerequisite spell(s)), and takes time.
Cleaner: Mod reduces size of save files and slightly reduces memory usage in game.
Hair Unlocker: I don’t use this one but it unlocks hair options from other races. Like Human hair as an Aasimar.
Vendor Progression: I think it doesn’t work anymore unfortunately. “Adds a basic progression to your vendors that grants you rewards for increasing some of your kingdom stats. Includes magical versions of every weapon and armor type in the game, as well as most scrolls and many wands.”
Advanced Martial Arts: Haven’t tried it yet. Adds the slayer. Will keep it in on the EE just for old saves.
This mod adds advanced armor/weapon training, slayer-class and the animal ally feat line
Advanced Armor Training and Advanced Weapon Training were added as feats as well as addes as alternate options when leveling up armor training and selecting a new weapon training.”
Zoom Unlocked: Self-explanatory.
Camera Rotation: I used it a bit, but it got a bit confusing. Works well though.
Player Biography: “This mod allows you to add biography to custom companions and the player himself/herself. It's quite unimmersive when you find custom companions has a blank biography, isn't it?”
Infinity Engine like Statistics Page: Haven’t used this one. Adds a page like PoE where you can see individual statistics like number of kills, highest damage done and such.
Turn Based Combat: Can’t wait to try it.
Weapon Set Hotkeys: Interesting “As the name says, the mod adds the option to set a specific hotkey for each weapon set and a hotkey to cycle through them.”
So the various mods with extra classes/feats/items, and the bits of the Kingdom Management mod that actually add things to the management.
Gah!! I can't believe I missed so many lol, stupid large threads, if it's ok with you I'll update some descriptions as yours are better.
Didn't use cheat menu myself
Yeah vendor progression is dead and I don't want to lead people to it!
Camera rotation is in bag of tricks
Yeah there are a few I don't use like stats page
I also forgot about set buttons for stealth and ai mod
It actually looks like Advanced Armor Training and Advanced Weapon Training has been removed from nexus??
