Spell like Unbreakable Heart, heroism, good hope ... can help.
Had my front liners buffed with pretty much all of those. Still couldn't resist fully getting mind controlled, but at least they still attacked her even if I couldn't control them anymore.
I haven't found that to be the case at all. You can usually just Charge in and kill her before she does anything.

Pals get Immunity to Charm early and Immunity to Compulsions late along with a corresponding Aura to boost team saves. You can get kingdom-wide Immunity to Compulsions. She's Fae so Feyspeaker 4 and Defender of the True World get +4 saves against her. There are a lot of ways to boost Will Saves in general as well:

If your characters are still attacking her then it's Confusion rather than Domination, since one of the options on Confused is to attack the nearest creature.
I wanted to say that she is a hard enemy for her level when you fight her during chap 2 or 3.
No need to fight her until you need her piece of the relic armor, and that’s ch 4 at the earliest. Pretty sure charged in this time lvl 14. Maybe Blindfight was giving Gaze Immunity?
There is a late game spell that gives +5 to will saves.
There is no spell in the game which dispels domination without a roll (like remove paralysis does for paralysis) and Mind Blank only increases your saves against mind effects unlike DnD3.5 where it provides total immunity.
The entire Spawn fight is an exercise in reload RNG. One of the most unnecessarily boring fights in the game.
those are 30 foot AOE enchantment wipers. will remove all confusion and mind control effects.
...along with any and all enchantment school buffs the enemies AND your characters have too, so use wisely.
you might also try dispel magic: target if you have a decent mage in your party. it's only a level 3 spell.
worse comes to worse, cast hold person on whoever gets mind warped, or sicken, or stinking cloud, or what have you. you can also cast weak summons next to whoever is mind fkd for them to attack instead of your main characters which will occupy them until you are ready to dispel the enchantment, or it wears off on its own. dominations end when you kill the enemy that cast the domination as well. confusion does not though.
"cleanse" also removes negative enchantments, but I can't figure out how that would work, since it's a "personal" spell you cast on yourself.
Unyielding Heart (lvl one spell) delays it.
Break Enchantment is poor in general. You have to roll and your chances aren't as good as Dispel. Protection from Alignment is only good for Pets since the bonus is Resistance so doesn't stack with most Equipment.
