Unable to do a tiefling another color than red

Hi

I tried doing a new character, a tiefling. I choose the blue color, but when I got into the game, she's red. I thought I did a mistake, so I restart and did the character again. Into the game, she's red, again.

Is this a bug or something I don't understand ?

In the first image her skin is blue, yet her face is the skin color that I chose in the character customization.

I know this is a necro, but this seems to be the only place this bug is known and I think I have the answer.

Don't do any of the visual changes until after you have picked monk class, then go back and customise your character to look how you want.

I tried it 3 times and it worked for me.

Hmn, after I leave the throne room it changes back though...

Toggling show backpack/helmet seems to reset it when it breaks.
