Question to the Beta Testers: How is the Slayer Class

So this is a question to all of y'all Beta Testers of the EE right now. How is the new Slayer Class in terms of gameplay and how would you compare it to the original classes both in what it is similar to and how it compares to them in later areas of the game?

From what I understand of the Slayer class it is a Ranger/Rogue Hybrid class, just as the Magus is a Sorcerer/Warrior or the Eldritch Scion is Rogue/Wizard. But how IS it. Does it have the same spells as the Ranger? Does it have spell casting at all? How are the various archetypes? Does the Deity choice allow for domain spells as it would with the other Faith based classes?

It's ok-ish. Worse than ranger, worse than vivisectionist, Deliverer is better than rogue.
In many respects is a selfish freebooter but with less micro.

Oh! also slayer 1 dip is not a bad idea for DC casters. Something like wiz7/slayer1/V2/AT10 can be ok.

Does the Slayer get any spells at all similar to the Ranger? Or via their Deity selection?

if I understood correctly you should get 1DC after landing an attack, so it's kinda interesting for wizards, although it's worded kinda strangely, so would have to be tested.

There seems to be a bug causing the slayer class to appear... um... completely naked in the character creation menu.

because they give up bombs which do 10d6 splash damage, for 10d6 sneak attack it's a 1 for 1 trade for the most part.

Once you get the update I must say that I quite love the new Slayer outfit. It's. . . liked armored robes. It's great.
