How to use a stored spell?

I cast cure light wounds but didnt make it in range of the character before the end of my turn, and the spell was stored. My hands are glowing. (Using the turn based mod)

There should now be the ability that's appeared in the ability tab

[Stink Bug]

Do note if you cast another spell while “holding the charge”, you will lose that stored spell.
