I believe the alchemist archtype churgeon gets breath of life

Chirurgeon (Alchemist archetype) gets Breath of Life at Level 10 and his extracts of cure spells and Breath of Life automatically act as infusions so he can use them on characters other than himself. Any class with access to the Heal domain and capable of casting 5th level spells can get Breath of Life as well.

Yes because you need divine powers to bring people back from the death. Wizards and their parlor tricks aren't going to help you there. (Unless if you are a very powerful wizard and can cast the Wish spell, but that is not in the game sadly.)
