Healing Potions?
Hey peeps, cant find much info about how to heal in this game within combat. Is magic the preferred method? Potions seem incredibly tedious as they only go on the belt one at a time and often take multiple uses to fill. BG2 I could have a full stack, is there a mod for this?

Cleric channel positive energy + selective channel(13Cha) is probably the best way to heal party at all level until mass heal

And also, a good/neutral cleric can use spontaneous healing.. they can change memorize spells to a healing spells

Potions are for emergency or to save spells when you have to

Thanks! I see wands work well too and I don't have to go back to inventory so often, will probably invest in some of those. 😁

Tristán or Harrim, can channel healing (take selective channel feat to heal only allies), the best way to heal in combat.
Clerics can swap their spells to healing.
If you use Linzi, you can make her learn heal spells, Jubilost can learn heals too.
You can create also a druid DotTW to be an off healer (as the games doesn't provides druid companions)

With Tristian you can equip a belt of positive channeling and the feats that gives him more channels.

At level 11 the clerics will get Heal spell, the best healing. (110 to 150 HP healed)

Damn, well potions seem only useful outside of combat then, will have to try get some dedicate healers pronto.

Go for Tristan .. Follow the "Stolen Land" Thorn Ford -> Abandoned hut -> Temple of the Elk .. careful hard fight incoming if not ready ..

Edit: or diplomacy on Harrim to join you .. follow the "rival" totuccio just after Oleg outpost

Thanks again, I'll search for them! Really awesome BG2 vibes so far, loving the grenadier! Just as a note, I found double clicking a potion in the inventory places it on the belt so at least that's somewhat easier than dragging.

Tip for the future ... 1 month after you get your Town. 2 companions become available and can be miss if you do the main quest to fast

Keep that in mind
