What do I do with all these artifact fragments?

I probably missed some information on the way but I have tons of them stacked in my inventory and I have no idea what to do with them.

for example Torags pendant

storyteller npc after you have your capital.

Rostlandic coins, Torag pendants, Dryad tokens, cyclops coins, Taldan warrior tags and probably some I'm forgetting, the Storyteller will buy off you for a good price.

Scorched amulet fragments, shards of knights' bracers and the like are items you can reforge, if you find all the pieces, to get a useful magical item (again from the Storyteller)

And things like the Restovic inquisitor/paladin/sorcerer/etc items, soot-blackened items and whatnot, you give to him if you find all the pieces, and he'll cough up a cash reward, a chunk of xp and a story related to the items.

So I dont combine them into wearable gear?
I just sell them?

Anything seems suspect, just hand it to the Storyteller. Some of it, you get gold (he'll pay much more than other merchants), some you'll get gear, some you'll get xp.
