If it tells you have 3 months to kill the bandit Lord, after 3 months you lose regardless of how many sidequests you made
This was before DLC 3 though, and I obviously saved some time by knowing there everything was.
Jeathal ore Linzi can not die, so they are best for this task.Oh, and you get 11K xp, per run too.
And of course the new dungeon adds some gold and a bit xp too. Still i found it a little bit small for an endless dungeon.
And yea, the dungeon is more for stand alone. It's really fun for testing builds.
People like to explore and travel and my guys fatigue non-stop and it takes my highest lore guy 14 hours to find rations....so time seems to be going very quickly for me, but i havent even found much gear upgrades. The concern is that you feel rushed to find better gear and be ready for the fights you need to get to. Probably for most not a big deal, those not good at these games but still enjoy them may get there unprepared and have to start over. I havent gotten to that point yet, but just what I think the concern with time would be.
So not sure how many chapters there are, but only main storeline quests in chapter 1 are timed, the rest is go at your own pace? That aint so bad, I thought it was the whole game that was timed
