Do enemies respawn?

Can you keep playing after the story ends?

No, they dont respawn. Every bit of xp count.

Is there random encounters?

Like if you kill all enemies in the game there who would be more like killers or raiders

Yes there is random encounter but don't count on those for xp.. The game is very very long and now with the rogue like dlc you can technically go for ever.

Combat and looting oriented in a endless dungeon. Almost no dialogue

the DLC depths adds a lot of xp / loot/ mindless bashing for your leveling joy.
