a.) shapeshifted into a druid animal form/dragon form etc or
b.) have an ability granted by barbarian rage - there is an option for barbs to get bite attacks while in rage mode or
c.) feral mutagen ability (vivesectionist special ability) and finally
d.) motherless tiefling get a bite attack
I'd kind of like to know if any of those stack however. If I had a motherless Teifling shapeshifted into a dragon, would he be able to use 3 bites with haste (1 base, 1 haste, 1 racial)? If I managed to give him enough barbarian levels as well to take the rage talent could he make 4 bite attacks then?
Again, this is based on what happens in Kingmaker, not tabletop rules.
Unless by "stuff like that" you meant the extra attacks granted by class/abilities rather than the cloak?
Also Aspect of the Wolf Druid/Ranger spell.
And they all stack...
As for shapeshifting being the most effective at Bite tripping, I highly doubt it.

Natural attack are secondary (-5 to attack) only if you use weapons/unarmed. The feral mutagen that give you 2 claws + bite are all made at full BAB if you use a weapon set without weapons.
