What is the difference between classes of monks?
I'm new to the game.
I want to know the basic information in the differences. Ty.

Sensei can give some buffs to your party. But you lose your the ability to kenshiro people and get 2 attacks at once with monk-weapons and your fists.

Scaled Fist gets bonus feats and their AC bonus (defense) scaled on Charisma instead of Wisdom. Eventually your fists will do some elemental damage as well.

Traditional Monk is much like the monk on that wiki page, but it selects the feats for you.

traditional monk is pretty much the regular d&d monk, while the default monk is the unleashed version from pathfinder.

This is quite inaccurate, at least from the 5e D&D monk. the traditional monk is just crap all around, I can't say I remember the 3e monk in D&D well but it was kinda like traditional, but its honestly just bad and IIRC traditional is the original monk from pathfinder before it was upgraded with unchained.

Well, you kind of have to make a choice first, what role is your monk playing? cus you can make a super tanky monk that is pretty awesome but its damage is going to be terrible, you can do 3 levels into rogue so you can add your dex bonus to your damage instead of strength, (also you can get an amulet, but its in chapter 2 so you might struggle early on if you go full dex)
the other side of it is you can have a more offense oriented build, but thats going to utilize scaled fist.

Strike with the power and confidence of a dragon. Who needs normal monks anyway?

Me) . I want just monk, not a traditional or dragon booster for normal solo game.

Not entirely correct.
Traditional Monk in Kingmaker has been upgraded with Unchained Monk Full BAB Progression and Flurry.
Also kept the superior Will saving Throws of the earlier Monks ("new" monks have poor Will saves).

So the only difference really is that "Normal" Monk has worse will saves but gets to customize more - select his special moves manually. Traditional Monk uses preset special abilities.

Traditional Monk:
+2 will saves
-4 Ki powers (4th, 16th, 18th, and 20th levels)
All Ki powers are pre-selected

Scaled Fist:
Charisma instead of Wisdom
Additional choices added to Bonus Feat pool (nothing removed)
Add 1d6 elemental damage to fists (1 ki point for 1/2 monk level in duration, level 3)
Breath attack (level 12)
-1 Ki Power at 12th level
-2 will saves vs Enchantment spells (level 4)
+2 saves vs Fear, Paralysis, and Sleep (level 3)

Sensei
-Flurry of Blows
-4 bonus feats (2nd, 6th, 10th and 14th levels)
-Evasion and Improved Evasion (level 2 and 9)
+Insightful Strike (level2, MAY use Wisdom in place of dex or strength for hit chance)
+Inspire Courage (as bard, works with bard feats, does not gain the ability to use as a swift action)
+inspire Competence (as bard, level 3)
+Inspire Greatness (as bard, level 9)
+Mystic Powers: Can share Ki Power effects with the party. Most notably True Strike and Barkskin
+Mystic Wisdom: Just like above, but for different effects, notably move speed

Traditional Monk is the best monk dip class for wisdom-based characters. You gain the +2 saves at level 1 and don't lose anything then, which is as far as a dip will ever go. I do not recommend Traditional for characters who will actually level monk beyond level 1, some of the ki powers you lose access to are pretty useful.

Scaled Fist is the obvious choice for Charisma classes to dip into, and generally a direct upgrade for the basic monk as long as you don't mind using Cha instead of Wis (which costs you a huge loss in will saves).

Sensei is a niche pick, losing a great deal of damage and some defense, but gaining some party buffs.

Default Monk's only benefit for a primary class is the extra will saves and wisdom-based skills they get over Scaled Fist. Not really recommended.

Will Saves are going to be the deciding factor between the main 3 monk types (excluding Sensei). Traditional gets the most, but loses Barkskin, true strike, and scorching ray (ki powers). Basic monk has those abilities for only 2 less Will. Scaled Fist tends to lose another 3-5 will depending on where you put your Wisdom stat, but gains a small damage boost, a breath attack, and access to more strength-oriented feats on his bonus list.
