grain of salt, haven't found any myself.
However for the roguelike dungeon you'd have to get lucky if you wanted to go strength dual wield throwing, because you can't buy throwing axes from the honest guy. You can buy darts/javelins, so dex has a better start and requires less luck. I don't know what's available in the main campaign.
Darts are dex to hit and str to damage correct? Are javelins?
That is correct, Throwing Axes are really wonky right now, ranged feats do not work correctly with them because they're not treated as ranged weapons by the game, using the wrong stats and such. Seems like a bug to me (I've reported it).
On the subject of thrown weapons acting strangely, shurikens are usable right now but you can't get proficiency for them (unless you're a monk because they're classified as monk weapons) or weapon focus.
Another strange thing: thrown weapons act as "one handed" when dual wielding (meaning you get a -4 to hit on both hands when dual wielding them) but throwing axes are "light weapons" (meaning you only get a -2 to hit when dual wielding with them). Kind of weird that the weapons using dexterity as their attack stat are worse at dual wielding than the weapon using strength.
Anyway that's a lot of bugs but my Machine Gun Monk dual wielding a shuriken (for the two bonus attacks thanks to flurry of blows) and a throwing axe is hilarious.
