New locations
Does anyone know if the new locations (not the endless dungeon) they add with the EE are implemented in an allready existing game? I want to hunt more frogs

They are a welcome addition, every new monster is welcome as it adds more variete (and of course xp + loot). But i am aware that each new monster is hard work to implement. Still stuff like giant blood eal, and this flying bloodsucker and swamp giant would also fit the monster infested swampland which your are need to bring civilization in. Also bug like insect like giant mantis and beetle would do it too for the forest side.

And for the goblins i really miss the goblin hound in the camps you visit.

I hope my new campaing allow me to enter the endless dungeon soon, hope there are some new monsters too.

That place is so brutal at 4, but there is a very nice surprise at the end

I found it going back from the depths at level 9. I just remember finding a good assortment of common magic and masterwork items but can't remember anything exceptional. What was the nice surprise?

Its a +2 or +3 2-handed club. not something exceptional at 9 unfortunately. But certainly worth the torture at level 4 lol

Did you enter the hidden cave?

Oh, the +2 club. I think I had another one of those by the time I fought the Stag Lord so I didn't think of it as that exceptional. Are you talking about the cave at the south end of the map or is there a hidden cave within that?

There was a +1 oversized one. The +2 one is a lot better IMO. Oversized is not worth it in the beginning of the game. I forget where the oversized one comes from though
