Help me build a Dual Wield Fighter
I wanna try a dual wield fighter but don't really know how to do it. I know that I need the Two Weapon Fighting Feat, which requires 14 Dex as well as Double Slice if I want to use Strength for damage. So my thoughts on a build look something like this:

Race: Human

Class: Fighter (Till Level 20 or 16 Fighter 4 Vivisectionist)

Str: 18
Dex: 16
Con: 12
Int: 10
Wis: 12
Cha: 8

Feats: Two Weapon Fighting, Double Slice, Weapon Focus: Scimitar

I would use Scimitars and Kukiris as my weapons.

Any thoughts on this? I Don't really wanna dual class too much.

Try getting that STR to 20, you will have accuracy problems even with it at 20 unless you want to finesse wield. I imagine you wouldnt want to finesse wield as a fighter though.

No I don't really want to go down the dex route, from my understanding that takes even more perks to effective.

So My stats now look like this:
Str: 20
Dex: 15
Con: 13
Int: 10
Wis: 10
Cha: 8

Yep, that will be much more helpful IMO. the deveation between DEX and CON is really all up to you. Be careful of having too high of DEX though. Your armor will restrict your DEX. If there was anything to change I would say 1 more point in CON without sacrificing DEX or STR but its super close to how I would start, you would be sacrificing saving throws for more HP so its all up to you

Personally, I like to start with an odd number in my highest stat since you get an odd number of stat bonuses in total at level 20.

So for example, 17 strength if you don't want to min/max, or 19 if you don't mind dropping charisma/intelligence/wisdom more.

This as well. you starting with 20 means you can only add 4 total when leveling up (i personally would throw that extra point at level 20 into DEX if your armor allows it)

Are you married to fighter? If not ranger can do it without meeting Dex requirements for the twf feats and gets some spells and a pet.

I don't really wanna play a dual wield Ranger because it's kinda cliche. Or in other words, I would feel like I imitated Drizzt in Pathfinder.

I would just go with 19 Strength and boost up Constitution a bit then. I wanted to use a Fighter because the Armor Mastery Feats to get's you more Dex while wearing armor.

Why not Slayer? Armor mastery kinda misses the point - you are trying to create a dmg dealer, not a tank, are you? Slayer gets pers u need without dex and add sneak artack and + to rolls.

I’d put str at 19 (20 too expensive to start) and con at 14 at least. 12-14 dex would still be usefull even for str build, especially considering slayer doest get heavy armor prof at the start. Boosting int woudnt hurt for skills if u have some points left. If u dont care about rp, dump charisma. Like what the dif beetween 8 and 7? Ur still one ugly motherfudger at this point :)

I'm definitely gonna try that!

Don't forget that you can have items that give you +4 in several stats and Bokken quest in kingdom phase gives you a potion that ads +2 to all stats. So I think that starting with STR 20 is quite excessive, I prefer to have several of this points in the CON.

Slayer seems obvious.

When does Slayer get Ranger weapon feat? I don't see it on the Character Sheet preview? Is it simply an option for the Slayer Talents? If so, is it really more advantageous to choose the Ranger Weapon Style over another Slayer Talent?

Starting odd achieves maximum stat bonus at 20. Starting even achieves it at 16 and you get a second stat up at 20. Generally unless you have a MAD build you can just start the 20 for maximum effect.

@MarkelPhoenix: Slayer gets Ranger Weapon Style as a talent option.

@Takodancer: The grace feats have the DervishDance functionality with all weapons. It's part of what makes Dex builds so much better than Str builds.

Ya I like the idea of starting at 20 because if you start at 19 your still 1 score lower half the game. But its a lot of start points for half the game. Its a difficult trade-off
