Kellid Camp and Dugath

So I'm having trouble figuring out what I did wrong here or if this is just how it's supposed to be. I just got back after finding all of the Sisters and the entire camp attacks me with no choice of dialogue on my part. One of the Sisters gives her speech and the fight happens. Is there no way to avoid having to kill all of them? It just seems like a lame ending for what appeared to be setting up a fairly cool character with Dugath.

You can be bro with Dugath depending on dialogue choices.

The fight happens anyway.

Don't forget all the quest items (braziers).

Not sure what I did wrong, he seemed happy with me. Figured I made a good impression with several of the other named barbarians as well.

There should be a dialogue the moment you return to the camp with 3 brazers. Sister makes her accusations but pass either lore religon check or diplomacy check and some barbarians with Dugath will remain friendly and only sister and some of them attack you.
