With +33 on top of those?
^ This. Gold Golems are my nemesis. They spam Prismatic Spray (you have to make multiple saves, two of which are vs. death)... so many chances to roll a 1.
A lot of spell and abilities still do half dmg on a succeded save, so having uber high saves can halve the dmg but not reduce it to 0. If enemy can spam a 50 dmg ability, even taking half dmg will kill you soon enough. Evasion ability gives you 0 dmg on a succeded roll, that is way is powerful in combo with high saves. There is nothing like evasion for fortitude and will save, exept from lvl 11 stalwart ability of inquisitor.
And if you hit 1 you are screwd even if you have +100 to saves like others said.
But the answer is still no - DCs will just get inflated to match. What they've done is make it basically impossible to survive the DLC using gear other than what's in the DLC.
But you could make use of that.

Evasion + Inquisitor's Stalwart would make you immune to all checks.
Although checks on a single character usually isn't what kills you in a dungeon.
