Lanterns and Wands have no Charges

Hello,

My party has grown dark. Those neat belt lanterns are out of charges.

Casting light spell on someone works great... but I have two members that can cast it.. and only one will be active at a time.. not both of them.

I have 1 torch and can't find anyone that sells them.

Is there an NPC Cleric or Mage that can recharge stuff?

Guess it pays to be an Aasimar sometimes, lol (the Halo is bright).

If there's a way to charge stuff, I'd like to know too, but I get the feeling there isn't.

It seemed to me that there was or is some bug with charges on items, but I'm not sure what it is. Like I rested one time and my wand did not recharge (maybe because it's 24 hours? idk).

I don't remember belt lanterns having charges or even needing charges? Looks like bug to me.
