A dwarven urgrosh is a double weapon—an axe head and a spear point on opposite ends of a long haft. The urgrosh’s axe head is a slashing weapon that deals 1d8 points of damage. Its spear head is a piercing weapon that deals 1d6 points of damage.
but i think you have this feat so "only" -4 if urgrosh has not a off-hand light weapon
Two-Weapon Fighting feat –4 –4
Off-hand weapon is light and Two-Weapon Fighting feat –2 –2

You can get the two-weapon fighting feats on Harrim via ranger/slayer combat style two-weapon without the usual DEX requirements.
By level 12 you can have six attacks. If you make him a freebooter they can all be at +5/+3 and leaded.
You usually can’t dual-wield with the big dice weapons that go well with lead blades and enlarge, but with Urgrosh you can.
