Are the skymetal cogwheels for anything?

I've found two skymetal cogwheels but as far as I can tell they don't actually do anything but I don't want to sell them if it turns out they're part of a story or artifact group[. Anyone know?

I think you give them to the Storyteller. They just basic items like Torag pendant and token of dryad.

If so there is a hidden content if you find all 3 and interact with a statue in the map

Nope not the watchtower one those are 3 different coloured cogs, these I found in Armag's tomb and are just skymetal cogwheel. I'll see if the storyteller's interested thanks.
