Scroll savant get a really good feat at level 10. Trickster get their best feat at level 10. Those 2 classes don't mix well together.
Try a evil 20 scroll savant universalist,
CC master that can empower(univeralist ability) + maximize(rod) a lot faster then anyone else and become the best healer in the game, for a price.
Trickster are probably better as Thassilonian Specialist evocation + 1 lvl of vivisectionist, If you want to focus on damage and rogue skills.
Without any bonus, 24+10 = 34 UMD minimum
Use a scroll 20 + caster level
Use a wand 20
So when you say boosting int/cha, do scroll savants use int or charisma for using a scroll? Or both?
With the trait Clever Wordplay, he would use Int instead of Charisma, so I would lower my charisma to 7 since I am already maxing int.

Is clever Wordplay from a mod?
Yeah. Its a Trait, so the mod implemented them.

I see.. it will help for the first few levels and become overkill later.
