Custom Portraits
Hi,

Two question about Custom Portraits:

1. Where I can free download Custom Portraits made for pathfinder, ready to be uploaded in the game?

2. Is it possible to change the portraits of my character to a game that has already started?
If yes, how?

Thank you!

I don't think so.

You can pretty much put any image into the "portraits" folder and use it.

You can use the nexus mod. The author of the mod has already done all the work. Just a simple download and drag and drop. There is a pinned thread about mods. I've even linked a portrait mod as well.

You can choose a different picture when you respec. If you just want to change the photo, I think you can change a custom photo by replacing the images that are in that specific image's folder. If you started with a default image, I don't think you can change it without using respec or mods.

For nexus you have to pay for the download... If I'm not wrong. :P

Nexus is free. You have to have an account though. But the mods are free - and the tools too. For portraits You don´t need a tool. You can make a donation if You want to.

Btw, where is the folder where the game put the portraits of the PC?
Thanks!

%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Kingmaker\

It could be that the folder is hidden by default. (the appdata folder in Your user directory). You´d have to toogle "show hidden files and folders" or something in Your windows settings.

Different way: go into the game and click: open Portrait folder. (character creation)

The portrait "mod" is the the only one i installed too - the most convenient way to use it would be to add a new folder (next to the portrait preview - the + icon) and copy paste the one You like into it. Then click refresh. The mod i downloaded had a bunch of separate folders in it - so You can´t use them all at once. (Or i didn´t know how to do it).

Hi everyone, just posting about a tool I created to help crop portrait to the right size for Pathfinder Kingmaker !

Go to www.notra.fr, select your game and after uploading an image, crop it ! After it's done, you'll have a zipfile ready to put in your folder for Pathfinder to use !

If something do not work, tell me ! I'll try to make it work !

Have a nice day !
