As far as i know there's no way to see it in-game unfortunately.
BTW, 1/2 Int works both ways, if your Int is 8-9 (-1 modifier) you only loose 1/2 skill point. Yep, Owlcat made Int the official dump stat
EDIT : Now that i think about it Rogue doesn't get 8 skill points so it looks like the PnP numbers are only used for low skill classes like fighter. Mhh, wonder if someone made a definite list.
Since this game has less skills, you get less skill points so I don't know if PnP values apply to amount of class skill points.
Class #/level
Alchemist 3.5
Barbarian 3.5
Bard 4.5
Cleric 2.5
Druid 3.5
Fighter 2.5
Inquisitor 4.5
Magus 2.5
Monk 3.5
Paladin 2.5
Ranger 3.5
Rogue 5.5
Slayer 3.5
Sorcerer 2.5
Wizard 2.5
+ 1/2 of the Intelligence modifier
Perhaps it´s that way?
**EDIT AGAIN** Ok, I corrected the Wiki page :P It is showing the correct number of skill points that each class gets per level.
https://pathfinderkingmaker.gamepedia.com/Skills#Skill_Points_and_BAB_per_Level
Also it’s worth noting that a character that raises their natural intelligence modifier receives the extra skill points retroactively.
