How do you save Ugh zan ?

I've been playing for a while now and I have no clue what to do to unlock him. I can play him when choosing him with the banana guy / challenge but that's all. Also, I have 3 challenges left only and I have no idea what are these numbers (fractions) above each level... Can someone explain it ? Cheers

Like some other characters, you have to find Ugh-Zan during gameplay and open a door that requires multiple keys. His requirement was quite high since he appears near the end of the loop (I think in the last environment) and you have to gather 15 keys before reaching him.

No idea what those numbers mean, Mason.
