I can't reach the very first key because my bed is in the way.

The room with 3 bookcases, door on the floor and table in the corner with a key on it is broken, the key cannot be picked up and its impossible to progress. I have seen this room in both small mode and large mode I have also tried downloading an older version of the game and it is broken there as well, this likely breaks the Unlucky Achievement....

I was able to find the key and open the clock. When i touch the pendle it rings but nothing happens and i cant progress further. Please help.
