Translation Error: How to teach Cody

When you perform an action, you will see the message "Teach Cody" at the bottom. In some translations, you will see nothing else and will think that you don't have to do anything else to teach Cody something. In the English version, you will see the space bar symbol above "Teach Cody". Only when you press the space bar during the action will Cody get the EXP. Since this is not in the key binding option, you cannot learn it without help.

I'm playing in english but I don't have the symbol, only a square with "Teach Cody" written next to it. And when I go to the "Keybinding Config" there are "Stealth" and "Call Cody over to observe and study" which aren't "binded" by having their icon being a red square. But when I try to bind them nothing happen. And before, the Stealth was already working and still work, so I tried to press space bar while scratch pile and it works, which means they are already binded, but there is a bug display.
