If you let Bill live will he fix those stairs like he said he would? When will Cody be able to get into the tree house?

I never tried to keep Bill alive. The question is how to get the spare part for the TV.

If you follow the "Fallen" path on day 45 and make Cody the main character, you can enter the tree house.

i try this path already, let bill alive he give some sub missions but at the end u need to kill him in order to enter the house and find the tv part.
Note: he never fix the stairs.
