You need a lockpick. One can be obtained in front of Mary's(your neighbor) house.

There isn't any way to get in. I think this was mentioned many times in the forum. Not sure if it was cut content or something else for future.

My mistake.
I first read 'how to get to the backyard'.
It's true there's currently no way to enter that house.

The Treehouse is actually accessible.
For some reason it can only be entered on day 45 or later and only if you choose to let Anling turn and are now playing as Cody.
Haven't found a way into the backyard house tough so far.

Thank you. In the second play through i take Cody and the sequence/explanation is nice. But more for the story of the game than what comes along that you can use. Some different music would have been good ;)

You need to have cody attack the target first, after that the door is accessible to go back in.
