Switch to slugger style whenever using equipment?

I haven't experimented yet and don't use weapons a whole lot. Kind of a hassle to switch to slugger every time you want it's passive benefits.

Tell me this isn't the case...

Down on the dpad for weapon and up/left/right for the battle styles

what the problem, its literally 1 extra dpad press. You DO get slightly more damage due to 1 passive, but durability perks work in any style, it really doesnt matter that much if you use weapons in thug.

Also durability perks kinda garbage anyway, who the heck stays on 1st heat bar for long anyway, it might save you like 2 durability over couple battles at best, its easier to use that amulet that reduce wear of weapons.
