...everywhere you look. Seriously, mountains of garbage piled up everywhere in the streets. Japan is such a clean country, did something happen in the 80's that caused the garbage collectors to go on strike? :3

Yeah, the difference from 0 to Kiwami 1 was night and day, I really would like to know the lore behind the trash lining the streets.
