Komian fishing location?

I've been up and down the river but I can't find any of the fish I need, can you buy them somewhere like the girl suggests or do I need to fish someplace else?

first time around it took me about an hour to find that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ turtle. 2nd and 3rd playthroughs I got all fish at each location within an hour. really it helps to use the guide and make a note of which fish you have, the turtle, iirc, is the blob and only on one side of the river. and peerless pole is a must, you shouldn't even fish without it since it's a waste of time. also just keep using quality bait every time the timer runs out for it.

Since the guide mentioned above is very confusing (and forgets to mention where the actual fishing spots are) I will write the most important steps:
1. Buy "Peerles pole" at Ebisu Pawn Sotenbori (optional but highly recomended since it speeds up fishing by a lot)
2. Buy some quality bait at M Store Sotenbori (also optional)
3. Go to the North side of Sotenbori Foot path. There you will find the first fishing spot and start fishing
4. Make sure you switch to your best pole. You can also start to scatter bait (or do so after you have fished all the correct outlines)
5. The best way to fish is to cast your rod a little bit in front of the fish
6. At this fishing spot you can fish for salmon (outline that looks like a normal fish) and eal (outline that looks like a long fish)
7. Go to the South side of Sotenbori Foot path West.
8. Here you can fish for the turtle (outline looks like to circles)

yo i know its weird but, i cannot find the peerles pole in the pawn shop, any suggestion? for kazuma ryu i can find it though , but for majima its empty on the pawns shop. im currently in chapter 7 at the beginning, trying to finish komian chef quest

u actually have to buy the peerless pole as Kiryu, then buy it as Majima, weird way to do it

I just randomly tried to change the time to fish. The method is same (use a Peerless Pole and Quality Bait) but change your time to 'Afternoon'. I earned the salmon on the first try at the middle of the north footpath. I can't guarantee if it's legit or not.

There is something that most people miss. In addition to the location and the shape of the fish, THE DISTANCE FROM THE SHORE is also important.

THE TURTLE is a gourd shape that is in the МIDDLE to FAR out on the bottom bank.

THE EEL is a long thin shape and THE SALMON a big normal fish shape, both FAR or MIDDLE on the top bank.

Try it with the Peerless Rod & The Quality Bite ;)
