Mr shakedown

Isn't it a bit unfair that Mr.Shakedown literally oneshots you when you're on the ground?
I have max HP (Or maybe Near max? dunno if i'm missing another upgrade) but whenever he's in beast mode( yellow aura) if i'm on the ground, full hp fully healed, he one shots me when he steps on me.
I don't mind a hard battle and all, but the idea that if he's low enough hp , if i get hit i die, feels a bit off for me. (Since most of his hits knock you down, and you get oneshoted on the ground, that techincally means the first hit was enough to kill you as you can't avoid the other anyways).

2) Parry until 2nd head charge [All attacks doesnt do ♥♥♥♥ except run+grab]
3) give him a punch [Or normal attack + heavy attack combo and run around]
4) Heat moves

It's not fair because its has not to be fair, he should be a pain in the ass.

Pain in the ass is completely fine, and having the battle hard is also more than fine.
I have a problem with him literally being able to ONEshot you.
Having a "do one mistake = lose" sort of design is bad design.

So you're saying that you just decided to lay on the ground by yourself, right? If not then this technically can't be a one-shot.

Mr shakedown is one of those enemies that is always gonna be there. Think of the demolisher from dying light. Extremely tough if you havent upgraded yourself. Once you have, they are a piece of cake and youll be finding every shakedown encounter as if it was a normal thug

But making that mistake is kinda hard, because hes very predictable. If you cant dodge/block his attacks you gonna up your game.

You can invest in Kiryus brawler skill "stability" and wear "wild shirt" that way even shakedown would have hard time knocking you down in brawler. You can just pummel him in rush + knuckles. Or you can just destroy him with easy tactic like, blocking with bat, getting heat for blocks and just bat heat action him and pummel him on ground.

I think if you have max hp + good armor you can survive his max enrage, in the end you can also use sacrificial stones.

his attacks are easier to predict, recommended to put some distance to analyze his attack, if ur in a close space like the alley, well good luck surviving that
Some weapons can demolish him in just a pure 40 secs by using certain weapon heat moves
However, if ur upgrades are low, everyone should agree that u should stay away from him as possible

I have specifically responded to that.
I consider it a oneshot in the sense that if the attack that knocks you down connects with you, you are already considered dead, as the stomp that follows up is too quick to avoid, and even if you heal to full it oneshots you.

Although i am not maxed as of now, most things are unlocked and things that are missing aren't related to damage or hp, but some specific moves that i don't think would make that much of a difference in that sort of fight.

I have googled tips for beating him but that never came up.
I did have one Slime gun that i used and noticed how it melted him in one of the attempts.

I actually never buy or use slime gun ever in my life, i just demolish him with a knife
